Being able to share the players visceral experiences is interesting. I think you need to talk more about how this is shared. Is it displayed on your device (if so how does this get people away from their personal screens?). How do you share impact on a phone? If you are a casual spectator, how do you engage with the player? I think that the visceral experience of the player on the field is interesting but I don’t think it will be captivating for a long time, how to increase the engagement or interest of the spectator in the player? It would be interesting to start thinking about the players role in the larger team, maybe there is an analogy that can be made between player-team spectator-audience?
I think that the fancam could be an interesting path to explore. It has a lot of potential to be improved. There is currently fan-cam but how could fan-cam be upgraded to a whole new level using the infrastructure that is provided at Levis? I would recommend focussing on this idea…
