The have worked with the following hardware platforms:

NextWindow Optical Touch screens which use optical sensors and are relatively accurate in displays from 12″ – 120″ i would want to see it in action to see if the 20ms between finger touch-down is an issue.

N-Trig also makes a very responsive capacitive touch panel that from what I can see is a two point touch system that will be very slick but may only be for smaller screens (<32″) though I can’t find size info.
