We then shifted our focus on the platform vs. product spectrum, completing an in-class exercise to better understand where\u00a0our own projects might ultimately fall along the\u00a0spectrum.<\/p>\n<p>Michael also made the following announcements in class:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Class will be held offsite next week<\/strong> (keep reading for details).<\/li>\n<li>Going forward, we\u2019ll have to post major part of our HW\u00a0assignments by Sunday night.<\/li>\n<li>Flu shots are out! Get one \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Diamond process model, spotted in the wild \u2013 Michael noticed his colleagues\u00a0felt better knowing where they were in the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assignments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>How do you get people to make choices with the lowest level of entry, can you leverage an existing action or give people an excuse to do something that they always wanted to or had never even thought of? How do you teach a new action that results in something that makes it worth it?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Based on your preliminary research and creation myth, <strong>write goals and parameters and post them by Friday under \u201c49ers \u2013 G&amp;P\u201d category<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Based on your Goals and Parameters come up with the first iteration of your idea. <strong>Represent it as a diagrammed user experience and post to the \u201c49ers \u2013 User Diagram\u201d category.<\/strong><br \/>\nThink about:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ways to get people engaged and to educate them before they get to the stadium or before they \u201csign on.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>How people\u00a0take the experience home with them?<\/li>\n<li>What\u00a0other technologies or platforms within Levi\u2019s Stadium that can be leveraged in your experience?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Off-site class meeting next week \u2013 Oct. 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Class will start promptly at <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_337733372\"><span class=\"aQJ\">6pm<\/span><\/span>, meeting at the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ledlab.tv\/\" target=\"_blank\">LED Lab<\/a>\u00a0which is located at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/475+Greenwich+St,+New+York,+NY+10013\/@40.7245687,-74.0093568,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x89c259f37f34dc63:0x2a6ab274e86bbfb0\" target=\"_blank\">475 Greenwich St.<\/a>\u00a0[corner of canal &amp; watts in Tribeca]<\/p>\n<p>At <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_337733373\"><span class=\"aQJ\">7:30pm<\/span><\/span> we will be at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/330+Hudson+St,+New+York,+NY+10013\/@40.7269409,-74.0070846,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x89c259f2d00c25df:0xeb31f2c5410341e4\" target=\"_blank\">330 Hudson St.<\/a> \u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0review of that site.
