Hi Team CJMS-
This is more of an engagement map than a user experience journey.
I was hoping that your team would create a series of ideations (different design Ideas that would accomplish some or all of your goals) and then map out a users experience of one of those design ideas. Please do that exercise and test out that idea following my suggestions in my email. I want you to be working on design ideas, not just observation and organization at this point. Please let me know if you have any questions.
