Capacitors for Capacitive sensing

These are the recommended types of capacitors to use when using capacitive sensors like this MC34940 from freescale Ceramic CS Ceramic NPO or COG PPS film I believe it is because of their tolerance for temperature change. this is a good page talking about different capacitor types
